Shipping Information:

We offer Free Priority Mail shipping on all orders over $50 within the US. Most orders ship within 2-3 days of order receipt. This includes engraved orders.

If you need something in a hurry or by a certain date, please contact us. Selecting overnight shipping does not guarantee that the item will ship out the same day as the order. You can select your shipping method during checkout.

Our Apparel orders are all made to order and typically take 2-4 weeks to ship.




Cancelling Orders:

If we haven't shipped or engraved your order and you contact us via email, we will cancel your order with no cancellation charges. We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible, so if you change your mind, please let us know quickly. If the item has shipped or has been engraved the order cannot be cancelled.


Return Policy:

We will accept returns on defective items, please see our warranty page for details on our warranty policy. We also will take returns on items that have incorrect engraving.

If you have an item that is not engraved and is unused and in original packaging we will accept its return if it is sent back within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To return a defective item for repair or replacement, please follow the following steps:

1. Email us at jim@parkerriverknife.com . In the email provide a description of the problem.

2. We will email back to you a Return Authorization Number, and instructions to pack and ship the knife.

3. Package the knife carefully, include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship the Knife to:

5. Upon receipt we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you within 8-10 business days.
